 Family-run Holding company with over 200ha of agricultural land including 100ha of single vineyard and successfully operated boutique winery with a production capacity of 450 000 bottles is looking to find an investor to finalize its 4* Wine & Spa Hotel currently completed at warm grey shell state.

The investment will be structured as a SPINCO that includes an asset spin-off from the Holding company. The Chateau project’s completion requires an additional €1.5m in funding. The investment opportunity includes also an option for a two-phase project for the development of an eco-village on a separate existing property of 61 000 sqm near the vineyard and the Hotel, including 52 single-family houses (for sale or rent as part of the hotel) with a medical center, restaurant with garden, two open and one covered swimming pools with water slide, recreation center, open concert stage, petang court, bowling, 3 tennis courts, peasantry, parking, security center, etc.

The shareholders of the holding are international and multilingual with a strong connection with Belgium, counting among their members 2 alumni from ICHEC Brussels Business School.
