 Established business with over 17 years experience in meat quality assessment services. The company has long-term contracts with major slaughterhouses in Romania.

The business is profitable and operates in a stable and very well regulated technical and legislative field (both in Romania and at European level). Meat evaluation services are mandatory in Romania and the activity is carried out throughout a calendar year.

The company has an important market share and there is a real potential for growth, both in terms of expanding the geographical area of activity and in terms of increasing meat consumption in Romania or exports to the European Union.

Products and Services

 The company provides meat quality assessment services (mainly pork and beef), using specialised equipment, in order to establish a fair market price for animal carcasses.

The activity is carried out directly at the beneficiaries (slaughterhouses) by its own employees. All employees are highly trained from a technical and legislative point of view and provide services to European standards in real time.

Operations

 The test results are obtained instantly, so the quality of the meat is certified immediately. The results are collected and reported in a timely manner to both the farmer and the slaughterhouse using a specialised application.

Following the evaluation process, a full report is produced with information on the quality of the meat (percentage of meat, fat, etc.), the weight of the carcass and the selling price established following the evaluation.
