 We present you a business for sale in Germany: a digital, platform-based service provider that efficiently provides its customers with manufacturing capacity at two locations in Germany for the production of mainly CNC-machined turned parts made of a wide range of materials in diameters of 3-65 mm.

The medium-sized company embarked on the strategic transformation process from contract manufacturing supplier to platform-based service provider 3 years ago. The goal was and is to develop the very fragmented industry niche "manufacturing of turned parts" on the basis of the self-developed, tested and now scalable platform within the framework of a buy-and-build strategy. Customers currently come from various industries, such as valve and hydraulics technology, construction and agricultural machinery, automotive (drive-independent), mechanical and plant engineering, and automation technology. There is no industry or customer dependency. A significant unique selling proposition and prerequisite for the implementation of the strategy is the complete digitized interlinking of all corporate processes, including standard applications known beyond Industry 4.0. This high-performance, proven and scalable digitization expertise enables existing synergy potential in the targets to be leveraged in the event of acquisitions and realizes economies of scale within the Group.

The further implementation of this strategy requires the strengthening of the equity base. There is therefore interest in attracting institutional investors to support this strategy. A total financing volume of EUR 20 million is planned. The equity required should be in the order of EUR 5-7 million.
