 The Danube Delta guesthouse proposed for sale is a successful, profitable business, open to the public since 2007. We used the term "public" because the guests of the guesthouse are both tourists and professional or amateur fishermen, an aspect relevant to the period in which the ocupancy rate is highest. The business that is the subject of our offer was founded by a few fishermen who wanted to offer superior accommodation and meals for those who want to relax by fishing as a hobby or commercial / sports activity.

If tourists arrive at the pension in general during the summer, fishermen arrive here in the fishing season from April to October, sometimes even November (with respect to the periods of
prohibition). The Lipovan locality is a fishermen's paradise: here is organized, annually, the "Pike Cup", a contest which welcomes fishing enthusiasts from all over the country.

In parallel, the restaurant was built, on a wooden structure and a concrete foundation, covering an area of ​​151 square meters.
