Short description

 "Small" customs agency specializing in the automotive sector; our clients are mainly garages and dealers of new and used vehicles, leasing companies, insurers, embassies, and private individuals who find us on the internet and above all by word of mouth; we also have a good clientele of French and Belgian expatriates living abroad.

There are less than 10 of us in Belgium in this niche and our company probably has the best reputation among professionals in the automotive sector. Examples of clients: BMW LOUYET, JEAN-MICHEL MARTIN, GREGOIR, QUOILIN, VANDENBROECK, MERCEDES EUROPA, SOGALUX, TOYOTA CITY, ARVAL, etc.
We manage the registration problems of our clients, both in normal Belgian plates and in transit plates, and carry out for them all customs formalities for import and export, as well as pre-registration and technical control. This concerns all European and non-European countries as long as the vehicles are transported by road: own means, train, truck, or trailer.

Our company has several authorizations such as customs agency, insurance broker, and dealer in new and used vehicles.

It is a small "family" business created in 1989, healthy and profitable, but which could be more by developing one or other of our skills. For example, developing an insurance portfolio, extrapolating customs formalities to areas other than vehicles, developing breakdown and roadworthiness activities, etc.

As I am at the end of my professional career, I am looking for someone who would like to take over the business and develop it in one direction or another, with my help in the first instance; in the second instance, I would like to withdraw from the company completely.

We are currently 2 full-time freelancers and a part-time student. There is no need for more of us except to expand the business, which only requires the will to do so! We rent a 50 m2 office at 1500€; relocation is possible.
