Online fashion store for sale with 9 years of presence on the specific market, during which time it has seen a steady growth in turnover and an expansion to 3 other EU countries. This vision is materialized in one of the business objectives: the presentation of the products of this online store to potential customers from as many EU countries as possible.

Since 2015, the business has grown both in terms of number of employees ( 14 in 2023 ) and in profit, and at the time of this analysis - September 2023 - is in the process of implementing the NetSuite automation system ( ERP ) from Oracle.

At the end of last year, unprofitable investments were made in the opening of the fifth country, and at the beginning of this year there was a desire to set up a new work point, actions that have economically destabilized the company. 5. MARKETING - in-house department that uses effective promotion channels: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Newsletter.
6. ORDER PROCESSING - an external application is used for generating awb's and invoices, and for the Pick and Pack process. It is an app that has both a desktop and mobile/barcode scanner version.
7. CUSTOMER RELATIONS - outsourced but, that benefits from an internal app for quick customer and order identification.
8. RETURNS PROCESSING - relies on an internally developed application whereby customers can create their own return request and fill in all the necessary information for the process.
