Products and Services

 This business started from the need of an acquaintance of the owner, who is looking for a shower cabin with unequal sides and is looking for an online store where he can insert the sides and choose the desired product;
The store was created from this idea, sanitary items for the bathroom, parquet, tiles, tiles and mosaics and lighting fixtures were added.
Currently, more than 100,000 products can be implemented for the arrangement of a bathroom, radiators are to be added (both for the bathroom and for the rest of the house), various other lighting fixtures (both for the bathroom and for other arrangements). The online store is structured on 6 major product categories that are sold on the Romanian market: sanitary ware, bathroom faucets, shower systems, bathroom furniture and flooring. Each main category has several subcategories and the subcategories are divided into product types, so that customers can easily reach the products they need. After selecting the desired product type, customers have the option of filtering according to color, length, assembly, material, but also to be able to sort according to price.

Operations

 Currently, the business is managed by the company administrator and the 2 employees who take the orders, send the orders to warehouses, issue AWBs and invoice the delivered goods. The online store has an admin panel with multiple functionalities (adding/modifying products, discounts depending on the purchased value, manufacturer discounts, customer feedback, return forms, warranty forms, designer bonuses, vouchers).
The platform is custom developed by an IT company from Brasov and a multitude of functions and implementations can be added. For customers who want to pay in installments, the card payment processor is implemented in the store (online, via sms or payment link), but also installment payments from mobilpay and credits through TBI Credit.
The site is optimized for the mobile version. The platform was also updated to Google's requirements in 2021 and has maintenance ensured for the current version of the online store.

Tangible and intangible assets

 The store is sold with a database, over 13,000 orders in the 6 years of activity, Facebook page with over 40,000 followers, over 4,000 customer accounts created. Benefit from a stock of goods (shower cabins bought at promotional prices from manufacturers, outlets). The website is the most important asset in which you have permanently invested (in google, in facebook, top 10 ranking in affiliation platforms). Online store with over 14,000 products with a unique description (it takes at least 30 minutes to add a single product because pictures, attributes, description, price are added). Current contracts can be transferred under the same conditions (we work directly with renowned manufacturers in this field but also with the main importers of famous brands). The activity can be carried out in the telework system as well as in the office, we worked from home during the pandemic and everything went very smoothly, the platform benefits from CRM.
Recently, Postis was implemented, an application that helps to optimize deliveries (the application connects via api to all the courier companies with which there is a contract and depending on the package, weight, dimensions and the location where it is delivered to show the best price and the tracking of deliveries and refunds should be as easy as possible).

Market and development potential

 The sanitary ware market had a surprisingly good evolution in 2021 compared to the general context marked by the pandemic and its effects. In 2022, the upward trend in this field was maintained, being dominated by imports that represented over 60% of the total. They will continue to dominate the market.
